Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Conditions

sewage odor limited laundry

The hotel's location was convenient (close to transport and attractions).

I was frustrated by the small room. It barely accommodated luggage. A persistent sewage odor in the bathroom was also annoying. I had difficulty organizing laundry because there are only two machines available.

Excellent Location, Great Amenities

The hotel location was superb. It was super close to the subway. Dotonbori was nearby. They offered luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures.

The lift was the only one working, so it moved SLOW.

The lobby provided a free coffee machine. There were tables available in the lobby .. I found this amenity very useful for starting my day with a quick caffeine boost.

The front desk staff provided excellent service and were helpful. They offered extras like free luggage storage until 10pm on the day of check out. a secure storage system.

adequate but not excellent

small room noticeable odor

The room was smaller than i expected it was difficult to store luggage. there was no daily cleaning service. I had to request fresh towels. the odor from the bathroom drains was noticeable at times. It was a bit bothersome. the shared laundry facilities were often busy.

adequate stay with MINOR issues

small room constant airflow

The room was quite small. I had expected more space. The air conditioning unit was positioned in a way that it blew directly onto the bed. This was a major annoyance. I found it difficult to get comfortable sleep Because of the constant airflow. the hotel needs to address these issues promptly.
